Job Purpose:
The Photographer is responsible for capturing high-quality images that align with the company’s branding, marketing, and content creation needs. This role involves planning and executing photoshoots, editing images, and ensuring visual consistency across all media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
• Plan, shoot, and edit photographs for events, products, portraits, and promotional content.
• Collaborate with marketing, events, and design teams to create visual assets.
• Manage all photography equipment and ensure proper maintenance.
• Organize and archive digital files systematically.
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques to ensure fresh and innovative content.
• Ensure that all photos meet quality standards and brand guidelines.
• Perform photo retouching and image adjustments as needed.
• Assist in creating visual content for social media and other digital platforms.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a professional photographer (portfolio required).
• Proficient in using DSLR cameras, lighting equipment, and photo editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Light room).
• Strong attention to detail and creativity.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Degree or certification in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field is a plus.
