A growing tech company is looking for a bilingual (Arabic/English) Front-End Support Agent to join our Riyadh office full-time. The ideal candidate will assist clients with front-end issues on ERP and web-based systems.

Requirements:

Good understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic web functionality
Strong communication skills in Arabic and English
Experience in IT support or helpdesk roles (1–2 years preferred)
Ability to work on-site (no remote)
This is a front-end-only support role — no backend access or development responsibilities. You'll be the first line of support, helping users resolve UI-related problems and escalating technical cases as needed.
