Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Mechanical Engineer with specialized expertise in boiler systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in the design, operation, maintenance, and optimization of industrial boiler systems. This role requires a deep understanding of boiler technology, thermodynamics, and related mechanical systems, along with a commitment to safety, efficiency, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:Design, analyze, and optimize boiler systems to meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements.Conduct troubleshooting, diagnostics, and maintenance of boiler equipment to ensure operational reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project planning, installation, and commissioning of boiler systems.Perform thermal and mechanical analysis to improve system efficiency and reduce operational costs.Ensure compliance with industry standards, codes (e.g., ASME, PNDN,NFPA), and environmental regulations.Prepare technical reports, specifications, and documentation for boiler projects and maintenance activities.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in boiler system design, operation, or maintenance.Strong knowledge of boiler technologies, including fire-tube, water-tube, and biomass boilers.Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and engineering analysis tools.Familiarity with relevant codes and standards (ASME, PNDN, NFPA, etc.).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork abilities.Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Boiler Specialist) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:Experience with energy efficiency audits and boiler system retrofits.Knowledge of control systems and instrumentation for boiler operations.Familiarity with sustainable and renewable energy solutions in boiler applications.
