We’re Hiring – Rigger

Optical Spectrum Company, a leader in telecom infrastructure services, is looking for a qualified and safety-conscious Rigger to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

1. Position: Rigger

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Perform rigging and lifting operations for telecom tower installations and maintenance.
• Assist in the erection, alignment, and dismantling of towers and related structures.
• Ensure proper handling and secure movement of equipment and materials.
• Conduct safety inspections of rigging gear and lifting devices before each use.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines as per industry standards and company policy.
• Work at heights with proper use of PPE and fall protection equipment.

Requirements:
• Previous experience in telecom or tower rigging operations preferred.
• Physically fit and able to work at elevated heights.
• Knowledge of rigging techniques and safety procedures.
• Certification in rigging or tower climbing is an advantage.

2. Telecom Technician – Survey

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Conduct on-site surveys for telecom infrastructure projects.
• Collect and document accurate field data related to cable routes and site conditions.
• Use GPS and survey equipment to prepare detailed survey reports and diagrams.
• Coordinate with engineering and design teams for project planning and execution.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards during all field operations.

3. FTTM Technician (Fiber to the Machine)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fiber optic networks for FTTM systems.
• Perform splicing, termination, and testing of fiber cables using appropriate tools.
• Ensure compliance with technical standards and client specifications.
• Maintain detailed records of installations, maintenance, and repairs.
• Work collaboratively with project managers and engineers to ensure timely delivery.
