Job Vacancy: Parking System Technician

Job Overview:
We are urgently hiring a Parking System Technician to support the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of advanced parking systems in Riyadh. The ideal candidate must be technically proficient and bilingual, capable of handling both field operations and basic IT/networking tasks related to parking technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain parking systems including gate barriers, ticket dispensers, payment kiosks, and LPR systems
* Operate and support wayfinding and “locate your car” systems
* Troubleshoot field devices and ensure continuous system uptime
* Perform regular maintenance on parking control equipment and access control devices
* Diagnose basic IT/networking issues (IP settings, connectivity, device integrations)
* Coordinate with technical teams and vendors for system updates and repairs
* Maintain logs of maintenance, service calls, and configuration records
* Ensure compliance with safety, security, and technical standards
Requirements:
* Diploma in Electronics, IT, or related technical field
* 2–3 years of hands-on experience in parking systems and gate barrier technology
* Solid knowledge of access control systems and wayfinding systems
* Understanding of basic IT and networking (IP configuration, switches, routers)
* Must be fluent in Arabic and English (speaking and reading)
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
* Must be currently in Saudi Arabia and available for immediate placement
