Job Title: Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer
📍 Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia
📅 Contract Type: Project-based (12–14 months with potential extension through project completion)

📝 Job Summary:
A leading company in the energy sector is seeking a Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to support a medium-sized brownfield EPC project for Saudi Aramco. The role requires strong coordination with engineering, procurement, and site teams, ensuring all deliverables meet Aramco and international standards. The candidate must have hands-on experience with FAT, iFAT, SAT, SIL, and control systems (DCS, ESD, MMS, CCS).

✅ Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's or higher degree in Instrumentation & Controls Engineering.

8–14 years of experience in detailed design of EPC projects within the Oil & Gas or Petrochemical sector.

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working on Saudi Aramco projects.

Solid knowledge of local and international codes and Aramco standards.

Proficiency in engineering design tools such as SPI/Intools, SmartPlant, AutoCAD.

Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).

Willingness to relocate and travel as required.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between engineering teams and client PMT.

Review drawings and ensure timely corrections and updates.

Monitor design quality and compliance with ISO and project procedures.

Lead loop package and logic test preparations.

Plan and support pre-commissioning and commissioning phases.

Collaborate with vendors, clients, and multidisciplinary teams.

Provide technical reviews, audits, and support during vendor evaluations.
