Description

Position: Technical Manager
Budget: The allocated budget for this role is SAR 23,000 – SAR 26,000 plus family status. In cases where candidate qualifications exceed expectations a salary adjustment of up to 10% above the range may be considered, subject to budget approval.
Nationality preference: This position is open to candidates of all nationalities.
Job Location: Saudi Arabia

Qualifications and experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a technical management role, preferably within the theming, Fit-out, ID, and entertainment construction Projects.
- 12+ years of construction industry experience, with 6+ years in a similar Technical Manager role.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
- Expertise in Technically managing fit-out, interior design, and theming projects.
- Strong understanding of project technical phases and contracting-specific challenges.
- Ability to manage large-scale projects with multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in supervising, developing, and leading technical departments.
