Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Executive to promote and sell our construction, mechanical, and maintenance services. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, a proven track record in B2B sales, and the ability to build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in construction and mechanical maintenance sectors.

Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, facility managers, consultants, and developers.

Prepare and deliver technical presentations to clients.

Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to develop tailored service proposals.

Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet sales targets.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and competitors.

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales, preferably in construction, mechanical, or technical services.

Strong understanding of mechanical systems, construction workflows, and maintenance operations.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated and target-driven.

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field is an advantage.

Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites.
