Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced OT Security Consultant with a strong background in industrial cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of hands-on experience with OT security tools, particularly Dragos, and deep knowledge of secure remote access and endpoint security in OT environments. Responsible for providing expert guidance on security policies and procedures, conducting site visits, and delivering consultancy services on OT risk assessments, security strategies, and implementation.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead OT security assessments and deliver tailored security solutions for critical infrastructure
Provide expert consultancy on secure remote access and endpoint security
Conduct site visits to assess the security posture of OT environments
Develop, review, and implement OT security policies and procedures
Collaborate with clients to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices
Guide and train internal teams and clients on OT security management and best practices


Required Skills & Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in OT security
Expertise with Dragos and other OT security tools
Hands-on experience in OT secure remote access and endpoint security
Proven track record of conducting site visits and implementing security solutions
Strong knowledge of OT security frameworks, policies, and risk management procedures
Ability to develop, customize, and deliver OT security policies
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
