Requirements:

Relevant degree or diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field

Experience in construction projects and cost management

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Proficiency in 2D and 3D AutoCAD for taking quantities

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Take quantities from 2D and 3D AutoCAD drawings
✅ Prepare and issue subcontractor payment certificates
✅ Assist in preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates
✅ Monitor project costs and report variances
✅ Support project managers in contract administration
