Description

To promote and sell Virgin Mobile products and services, ensuring excellent customer experience while meeting sales targets and maintaining high levels of product knowledge and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable Virgin Mobile products and plans.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Provide outstanding customer service before, during, and after the sale.
• Stay updated on Virgin Mobile’s offerings, promotions, and competitors’ products.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Assist in merchandising, stock control, and maintaining store cleanliness and presentation.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
• Promote brand loyalty and encourage customer retention.

Qualifications & Skills:
• High school diploma or equivalent; a diploma or degree in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
• 1–2 years of retail or sales experience, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.

Working Conditions:
• Rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Store or kiosk-based retail environment.

Salary :
Commission based.
