Description

A Leading Engineering Consulting Office in Riyadh is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (BIM) for a Design firm to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
 Eight (8) to Ten (10) years of demonstrable experience in the design of mechanical systems within engineering consulting offices.
 Proven expertise in designing HVAC, Fire Fighting, Irrigation, and Drainage & Water Supply systems.
 Must hold a Professional Grade certification from the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE).
 Expertise in BIM software and project workflows.
 Excellent teamwork and communication skills.

Job Description:
 The successful candidate will be responsible for the complete design lifecycle of various mechanical systems for a diverse range of projects. Key responsibilities include:
 Developing comprehensive and efficient HVAC system designs, including load calculations, equipment selection, and ductwork layout.
 Lead mechanical system design using BIM tools (Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks).
 Coordinate with architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines.
 Review BIM models for quality, accuracy, and compliance.
 Support project phases from concept to construction documentation.
 Designing robust and code-compliant Firefighting systems, encompassing sprinkler systems, fire alarm layouts, and fire pump specifications.
 Creating effective and sustainable Irrigation system designs for landscaping and site development.
 Developing functional and compliant Drainage and Water Supply system designs, including plumbing layouts and calculations.
