Role Overview

We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Associate to help grow our client base and bring in new software projects. Your primary responsibility will be to identify potential clients, build connections, and secure project opportunities for our development team.



Key Responsibilities

Identify, research, and reach out to potential clients (locally and internationally)
Generate leads through online platforms, networks, referrals, and outbound strategies
Pitch our services (web apps, mobile apps, AI/ML) to prospects
Track market trends and suggest new areas of opportunity
Maintain basic client communication and follow-up until handoff

Skills
Prior experience in business development or tech sales (preferably in IT/software industry)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Fluent in English (Arabic is a strong plus)
Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn outreach, Upwork, or B2B sales strategies is a bonus
Confidence in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, or freelance platforms like Upwork
