About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive IT Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves providing comprehensive IT support for software, hardware, office systems, and CCTV installations across various client locations, including construction sites. If you are passionate about solving technical issues and enjoy working in dynamic environments, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide software support and troubleshooting for office and field systems.
• Handle hardware installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting (computers, printers, network devices, etc.).
• Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems at office and client sites.
• Deliver on-site IT support at client offices, construction sites, and remote locations.
• Assist with office IT infrastructure setup and maintenance (networking, servers, workstations).
• Respond to technical support requests in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the IT team to ensure optimal system performance and security.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in IT support roles (software, hardware, and networking).
• Hands-on experience with CCTV installation and maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to solve issues independently.
• Familiarity with construction site environments is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel to various client sites as needed.
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
