Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Cost Estimator specializing in MEP (Electrical) works to join our team in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering and a proven track record in preparing accurate cost estimates for MEP projects.

Responsibilities:
Analyze project specifications, drawings, and BOQs to prepare detailed cost estimates.

Source and evaluate material, labor, and equipment costs.

Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and project teams to ensure competitive pricing.

Review design changes and adjust estimates accordingly.

Support tender submissions and bid proposals.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

3-5 years of experience in cost estimation for MEP (Electrical) projects.

Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, CostX) and MS Excel.

Strong knowledge of local market rates and Saudi Arabian construction standards.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.
