Description



Review the attendance of all drivers, and forward the report to his concern superior.
Check all trucks presence and forward the report of related issues to his concern superior.
Check the key board and muster all vehicle keys sharp arrival on duty.
After receiving dispatching/ receiving plan of containers, brief the drivers in best way.
Responsible for safe movements of trucks gate in/ out.
Maintain trip sheets of drivers on daily basis with system data.
Submit drivers trip sheet to concern staff after complete process.
Support and coordination with Foreman for smooth operation.
Keep connect consecutively with drivers and inquire about their job tasks.
Take feedback from drivers in respect of their movements.
Take a survey of Container Yard once in a day and notify to superior if find any abnormality or un-safe action.
Maintain container inventory on daily basis and display inventory report on white board.
Match container inventory with EIRs and the system data with the support of foreman.
Follow the superior instructions and tasks if awarded.
Minimum 2 years
