Company Overview:
We are a well-established construction company in Saudi Arabia, executing major infrastructure and industrial projects across the Kingdom. As part of our expanding operations, we are looking for two experienced Male Secretaries to join our team—one based at our Ras Al Khair project and one at our Abqaiq head office.

Position Summary:
The Male Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient day-to-day operations at the project and office levels.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle office correspondence, documentation, filing, and communication tasks.

Prepare reports, meeting minutes, and other administrative documents.

Coordinate with site staff, suppliers, and management teams.

Maintain proper records and ensure confidentiality of information.

Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and daily schedules.

Requirements:

2 to 5 years of experience working in a construction company (preferably in Saudi Arabia).

Strong knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Transferable Iqama is mandatory.

Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.

1 Position in Abqaiq Office
