Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to menus and recipes.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
- Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed.
- Create new recipes and menu items to enhance the dining experience.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Train and mentor junior kitchen staff.


Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef or in a similar role.
Preferred experience in cooking egyptian food ( Koshari, Mahshi, Vine leaves )
- Local Trasfer only
