Job Description:
We are hiring experienced and certified Lifting Supervisors for ongoing and upcoming projects across Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will oversee and coordinate all lifting activities on site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all lifting operations and ensure compliance with lift plans

Conduct toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings with rigging teams

Ensure lifting equipment is inspected and certified before use

Coordinate with crane operators, riggers, and site engineers

Monitor site safety and take corrective actions as needed

Maintain proper documentation and daily reports of lifting activities

Requirements:

Valid Lifting Supervisor Certification

Aramco-approved and TUV Certification is mandatory

Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in lifting operations

Strong understanding of lifting plans, rigging gear, and safety standards

Excellent leadership and communication skills
