Open Position: HSE Manager
Location: Rabigh, Saudi Arabia
Company: Petroleum Vision (A division of EMKAN Holdings)

Key Qualifications:
Saudi Aramco approval as an HSE Manager for oil & gas projects
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a relevant field
8+ years of experience in pipeline construction safety management
Proven full project cycle completion as an HSE Manager with Saudi Aramco
Expertise in Saudi Aramco HSE codes, regulations, and safety protocols
Strong knowledge of PMT, shutdown projects, and cross-country pipeline safety

Your Role & Responsibilities:
Develop & implement robust HSE policies to ensure a zero-incident work environment
Lead and oversee all health, safety, and environmental aspects of the project
Ensure full compliance with Saudi Aramco safety standards and international HSE best practices
Train and mentor teams on HSE protocols to drive a safety-first culture
Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies
Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders for seamless safety integration
Monitor & enforce safety regulations through regular site inspections and audits
Drive innovation & efficiency in safety management and environmental sustainability
