Description

 Set up CNC machines according to job specifications.
 Calibrate and adjust the machine to ensure proper operation, including setting cutting speeds, feed rates, and tool paths.
 Load and modify CNC programs as needed based on blueprints and engineering drawings.
 Operate the machine to cut and shape metal components accurately.
 Select and prepare materials (e.g., metal sheets, plates) for cutting.
 Secure the workpiece on the machine bed to prevent movement during cutting.
 Replace and maintain consumable parts, such as cutting tips and electrodes.
 Diagnose and troubleshoot machine errors or malfunctions and perform minor repairs or adjustments.
 Maintain logs of machine settings, material usage, and production outputs.
 Report machine issues, tool wear, or material shortages to supervisors or maintenance teams.
