*Supervise and lead a team of pest control technicians.
*Assign daily tasks and monitor performance.
*Train new team members on safety, procedures, and pest control methods.
*Conduct inspections before and after treatments to verify effectiveness.
*Handle high-priority or complex service calls when needed.
*Address client concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
*Provide reports, treatment details, and recommendations to clients.
*Monitor stock levels of chemicals and equipment.
*Request or reorder supplies as needed.
*Ensure all equipment is well-maintained and calibrated.
*Stay updated on pest trends, new products, and industry best practices.
*Nationality: Indians.
*Proficiency in Arabic, English & Hindi.
*Saudi Driving License Required.
