Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Electrical Site Engineer to lead on‑site electrical works for our NEOM projects. The ideal candidate will have deep hands‑on experience overseeing installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems in large‑scale developments.

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate all on‑site electrical installation activities (cabling, panels, lighting, earthing, etc.).
• Review and interpret electrical drawings, single‑line diagrams, and specifications.
• Conduct site inspections, perform quality checks, and ensure compliance with NEOM’s safety and technical standards.
• Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, and client representatives to resolve technical issues.
• Monitor progress, prepare daily site reports, and track punch‑list items.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems on site.

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience as an Electrical Site Engineer on large infrastructure or building projects.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV distribution systems, switchgear, and wiring practices.
• Proficient in reading electrical drawings and using AutoCAD or similar tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and solve on‑site technical challenges.
• Engineering diploma or equivalent technical certification preferred but not mandatory.

Salary: Competitive, based on experience.
