Description

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Finance Manager - Riyadh, SA.

This position requires deep expertise in financial analysis, risk management, budgeting, forecasting, and the implementation of strong financial policies and controls.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Financial Leadership: financial strategies, objectives, initiatives.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

Tax, VAT consultants ,financial statements, auditors.

Policy Development and Risk Management

Identify financial risks, financial policies, and internal controls of assets.

Cash Flow: managing cash flow, liquidity, and working capital requirements.

Leadership and Development

Requirements :

Bachelor in Finance / Master preferred.

certification (CPA, CFA, CMA) strongly preferred.

Real estate Experience.

In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and financial planning.
ERP , Oracle fusion.
