Offshore Fabrication company is a recognized EPC contractor in the oil and gas industry, delivering complex engineering and construction solutions. With a strong focus on quality, safety, and timely project execution, we are currently undertaking a major onshore demolition project of jacket structures and are looking for experienced professionals to join our team.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a competent and experienced Foreman to oversee and coordinate the onshore demolition of jacket structures. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in structural demolition within oil and gas EPC projects and be capable of leading site crews with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all onshore jacket demolition operations in compliance with HSE standards and project procedures.

Execute demolition activities according to approved method statements and risk assessments.

Coordinate daily work tasks, manpower, and equipment usage to ensure smooth operations.

Lead a team of riggers, welders, cutters, and helpers during dismantling and cutting operations.

Ensure all work is performed safely, efficiently, and within the project timeline.

Conduct toolbox talks and enforce proper use of PPE and safe work practices.

Monitor and document daily site progress, reporting to the Demolition Supervisor/Project Engineer.

Ensure correct handling and disposal of demolition materials in line with environmental regulations.

Requirements:

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in structural demolition in the oil and gas sector.

Hands-on experience in onshore demolition of jacket structures is a must.

Strong knowledge of cutting and lifting operations, rigging practices, and demolition sequencing.

Ability to read and understand demolition plans and structural drawings.

Excellent leadership, communication, and team coordination skills.

Preferred:

Certifications in rigging, scaffolding, or hot work safety are an advantage.

Experience working on demolition projects under major oil and gas clients like ADNOC or ARAMCO.
