Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Demolition Supervisor to oversee the safe and efficient demolition of oil and gas structures. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing demolition activities in an EPC environment, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise all demolition activities on-site, ensuring compliance with HSE and quality standards.

Plan and execute demolition of oil and gas structures such as tanks, piping systems, and steel structures.

Coordinate with project, HSE, and engineering teams to prepare method statements and risk assessments.

Manage demolition crews and ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and PPE.

Monitor progress and maintain documentation including daily reports and inspection records.

Ensure proper segregation, disposal, or recycling of demolished materials as per environmental regulations.

Respond promptly to safety incidents or operational issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in demolition works within the oil and gas EPC sector.

Strong knowledge of structural dismantling techniques, heavy equipment operation, and safety protocols.

Familiar with local regulatory requirements and international demolition best practices.

Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and demolition plans.

Preferred:

Certifications in demolition safety, rigging, or scaffolding are an added advantage.

Experience working on projects under major clients like ARAMCO, or similar.
