Technical Site Office:
• Review architectural drawings, specifications, and technical documents on-site.
• Work closely with design teams to develop practical and innovative solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Site Supervision:
• Manage and oversee on-site construction activities to ensure quality and compliance with architectural plans.
• Conduct routine site inspections to monitor progress and ensure safety regulations are met.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to resolve site-related issues.
• Ensure project milestones are met on time and provide regular updates to senior management.
General Duties:
• Stay updated with industry trends, building codes, and regulations.
• Attend project meetings and contribute to design and construction discussions.
• Ensure accurate documentation and organized record-keeping.
• Promote a collaborative and positive work environment.
