Marketing Specialist – Pipeline Construction (Oil & Gas)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and strategic Marketing Specialist to support the business development and branding efforts of our pipeline construction services in the oil and gas sector. This role will focus on developing and executing marketing strategies, campaigns, and materials that promote the company’s capabilities, enhance visibility, and drive client engagement in a highly competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement marketing plans tailored to the oil and gas pipeline construction market.
• Create high-quality content for brochures, proposals, presentations, case studies, social media, and the company website.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Support proposal development and contribute to RFP responses with compelling marketing collateral.
• Coordinate and manage the company’s presence at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Collaborate with business development and technical teams to align marketing efforts with project goals.
• Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, contacts, and campaign performance metrics.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Assist in brand positioning and reputation management initiatives.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (females highly preferred).
• 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in oil & gas, engineering, or construction industries.
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and industrial services.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, and marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and SEO best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of pipeline construction processes and terminology.
• Experience working with EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) firms or service contractors in oil & gas.
• Graphic design and video editing capabilities are a plus.
