Experience should be more then 5 years.

Job Details for this position should have below experience:

1. *Visual Inspection:* Before starting the generator, check for any leaks, visible damage, or loose connections. Verify the levels of oil, coolant, and fuel.

2. *Startup and No-Load Operation Testing:* Start the generator without load to ensure it starts properly, operates without unusual noises, and maintains basic parameters such as voltage and frequency.

3. *Load Testing:* Use load banks (or actual loads) to evaluate how the generator handles demand. This includes progressive load increases to verify stability under different conditions.

4. *Transfer Testing:* If the generator is designed for automatic power transfer, test this mechanism by simulating a power outage on the main grid.

5. *Endurance Testing:* Operate the generator for an extended period to confirm its continuous supply capacity and measure its fuel consumption.

6. *Electrical and Mechanical Measurements:* Monitor parameters like voltage, frequency, current, oil pressure, and temperature to ensure everything operates within the manufacturer’s recommended ranges.

7. *Digital Multimeter:* Used to measure voltage, current, and resistance, and to check the continuity of electrical circuits in the generator.

8. *Power Quality Analyzer:* Monitors parameters like frequency, power factor, and the quality of the electrical supply.

9. *Pressure Gauges:* To check oil, fuel, and other fluid pressures within the generator's engine.

10. *Thermometers and Thermal Cameras:* Useful for identifying areas of excessive heat in electrical or mechanical components.

11. *Load Bank Testing Equipment:* Simulates different load levels on the generator to test its capacity and behavior under demand.

12. *Exhaust Gas Analyzers:* Measures emissions and evaluates the condition of the combustion system.

13. *Diagnostic Software:* Many modern generators feature integrated systems that allow testing and analysis through programs connected via USB or network interfaces.

14. *Borescope or Industrial Endoscope:* Useful for inspecting the interior of the engine and other components without disassembly.

15. *Manometers:* For measuring air pressure in related systems, such as the turbocharger.
