We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Procurement Specialist to manage the organization’s day-to-day purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and sourcing strategies. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of goods and services while upholding high standards of quality and full compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
Source, evaluate, and procure goods and services in line with organizational requirements.

Issue RFQs, evaluate vendor quotations, and conduct comparative analysis to ensure best value.

Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality and timely delivery.

Prepare, process, and track purchase orders, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.

Monitor procurement activities and provide regular updates on order status, delivery timelines, and supplier performance.

Collaborate with departments such as Finance, Logistics, and Project Management to meet procurement needs.

Ensure procurement operations comply with internal policies, contractual obligations, and relevant regulations.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Excellent communication skills (English, Arabic preferred)
Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in procurement tools and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
