Job Description: Debt Collector
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Employment Type: Full-time

We are looking for an experienced Debt Collector to join our accounts office and manage debt recovery efficiently. The ideal candidate must be immediately available and possess relevant experience in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities:
Contact clients to collect overdue payments via phone, email, or in-person visits.

Negotiate payment plans and resolve account discrepancies.

Maintain accurate records of communications and transactions.

Issue notices and prepare for legal action when necessary.

Provide regular reports on collection activities to management.

Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of debt collection experience in Saudi Arabia.

Familiarity with local debt collection laws and regulations.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.
