Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mech/Elect/ or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in maintenance and Production, with a focus on SABIC, Aramco, and Royal Commission projects.
• In-depth knowledge of local KSA market practices, regulations, and standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).
