Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage our warehouse inventory, handle shipments from international suppliers, and assist with basic bookkeeping tasks. The ideal candidate must have a valid Iqama and Saudi driving license, with experience in warehouse operations and import logistics.

Key Responsibilities:
Inventory Management
Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials.

Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts.

Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of items in the warehouse.

Monitor stock levels and notify management of low inventory or reordering needs.

Shipment & Logistics
Coordinate international and local shipments (air, sea, and land).

Handle customs clearance and documentation for incoming shipments.

Track and follow up on delivery schedules and shipment delays.

Maintain records of all import/export transactions.

Bookkeeping & Documentation
Assist with day-to-day bookkeeping and record financial transactions related to inventory and shipments.

Issue invoices, purchase orders, and maintain supplier receipts.

Prepare and submit stock and financial reports as required.

Compliance & Maintenance
Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security procedures in the storage area.

Maintain cleanliness and order in the warehouse.

Ensure all goods are stored safely and securely.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a storekeeper, inventory manager, or similar role.

Good understanding of inventory control and shipment processes.

Basic accounting/bookkeeping knowledge is a plus.

Proficient in MS Excel and inventory software.

Valid Iqama (transferable preferred).

Valid Saudi driving license.

Ability to lift moderately heavy items and operate a forklift (preferred).

Good communication skills in English and/or Arabic.
