Description

We seek a Procurement Supervisor with Aramco project experience to oversee procurement activities, ensuring strict compliance with Aramco’s procurement standards and guidelines. This role involves managing procurement staff, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring timely, cost-effective sourcing of materials, equipment, and services.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage procurement strategies aligned with Aramco requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with Aramco-approved vendors.
Oversee requisitions, bid evaluations, purchase orders, and contract management.
Ensure procurement activities comply with Aramco’s standards and documentation requirements.
Supervise procurement staff and coordinate with internal teams for project alignment.
Monitor procurement budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities.
Manage logistics, supplier performance, and risk mitigation.

Qualifications & Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 - 7 years in procurement, with at least 5 years in Aramco projects or similar large scale projects.

Certifications: Procurement certifications (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) preferred.

Skills:
Strong knowledge of Aramco’s procurement processes.
Excellent negotiation, leadership, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to manage multiple procurement activities efficiently.
Preferred: Experience in oil, gas, or construction sectors with Aramco compliance knowledge.
