Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, search engine marketing (SEM), and search engine optimization (SEO). ?
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness.
Content Creation & Management:
Create engaging and relevant content for websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
Manage and maintain website content, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality visual and written content.
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and community management. ?
Monitor social media trends and implement best practices.
Run paid social media advertising campaigns.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO) & Search Engine Marketing (SEM):
Conduct keyword research and implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies.
Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, etc.).
Analyze website traffic and search engine rankings to identify areas for improvement.
Email Marketing:
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Manage email lists and segmentation.
Analyze email campaign performance and optimize for maximum effectiveness.
Analytics & Reporting:
Track and analyze digital marketing campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics).
Generate regular reports and provide insights to stakeholders.
Use data to optimize campaigns and improve ROI.
Collaboration:
Work closely with sales, product, and other departments to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. ?
5years of experience in digital marketing.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns. ?
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing. ?
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management tools, email marketing platforms). ?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team. ?
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Knowledge of current digital marketing trends. ?
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
