Description

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Purchasing Officer to join our team at Ayz EPC. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers.

Responsibilities:

Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery time.
Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with other departments to ensure stock availability.
Prepare purchase orders and track their progress to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain accurate records of all procurement transactions.
Resolve any issues related to deliveries, quality, or price discrepancies.
Work closely with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and ensure compliance with budget limits.
Stay updated on market trends and supply chain disruptions to make informed purchasing decisions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in procurement or purchasing (2-3 years).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and purchasing software.
