QC Steel Structure Inspector (Aramco-Approved Experience Required)
Location : Jafurah, Saudi Arabia (Aramco Project Site)
Project Type: Long-Term EPC Contract (Direct Aramco Project)

Mandatory Aramco Compliance Requirements :
Must have prior Aramco project approval (SAP Number or Aramco Vendor Approval)
Familiarity with Aramco standards :
SAES (Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards)
-SAMSS(Saudi Aramco Material System Specifications)
- SAEP (Saudi Aramco Engineering Procedures)
Experience with Aramco inspection protocol (AIMS, INSPECT, or similar)

Job Description:
Ensure structural steel compliance for Aramco-funded EPC project, covering:
- Fabrication & erection per AWS D1.1/AISC/ASTM
- Welding/bolting per Aramco SAES-W-011
- Coating/painting per Aramco SAMSS-047

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily inspections of:
- Structural steel fabrication (beams, columns, connections)
- Erection tolerances (plumbness, alignment, bolt torque)
- Surface preparation & painting (blast profile, DFT checks)
Review Aramco-approved:
- WPS/PQR/WPQ for welding
- MTRs (Mill Test Reports) for steel materials
Submit Aramco-format inspection reports(AIMS/INSPECT)

Qualifications:
5+ years as QC Steel Inspector in Aramco or international oil & gas EPC projects
Aramco-specific certifications (e.g., Aramco-approved welding inspector) preferred
✅ Software proficiency: Navisworks, AutoCAD (for model reviews)
