We're Hiring: Admin Coordinator – Site Equipment Interface
📍 Location: Saudi Arabia
📄 Transferable Iqama Required

We are looking for a proactive and organized Site / Admin Coordinator to manage and coordinate the interface for site equipment and resources on our Oil & Gas project sites.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate between site teams and equipment suppliers/vendors

Maintain accurate logs and records of equipment usage, movement, and availability

Support daily site operations through effective admin and logistics coordination

Ensure smooth communication between technical, administrative, and procurement teams

Requirements:
Relevant experience in site coordination, preferably in Oil & Gas or Industrial projects

Familiarity with equipment tracking, documentation, and site logistics

Strong communication and organizational skills

Must have a Transferable Iqama

Immediate availability preferred
