Position: Odoo ERP Sales Consultant / Business‑Development Partner
(Full‑time employment or equity‑based partnership)

About Us
Mirbotics is an industrial IoT solutions provider serving manufacturing companies across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. As we expand our portfolio to include Odoo ERP implementations, we are seeking a high‑performing professional to drive sales and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities
Own the end‑to‑end Odoo ERP sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, solution presentation, proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

Conduct discovery sessions to understand client pain points and align Odoo modules to business requirements.

Collaborate with the technical team to prepare demos, proofs of concept, and accurate effort estimates.

Build and maintain a qualified pipeline to achieve or exceed quarterly revenue targets.

Represent Mirbotics at industry events, webinars, and client meetings, articulating value propositions in both Arabic and English.

Provide periodic sales forecasts, competitive analysis, and market feedback to management.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of verifiable success in selling Odoo ERP solutions (Community or Enterprise editions).

Odoo functional certification (v13 or later) or equivalent ERP accreditation.

Demonstrated record of meeting or surpassing sales quotas, supported by client references or performance reports.

Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written); strong presentation and proposal‑writing skills in both languages.

Self‑driven, entrepreneurial mindset with the discipline to work independently and the collaborative spirit to build long‑term partnerships.

Valid Saudi or GCC driver’s licence and willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Compensation
Base salary commensurate with experience plus an attractive commission structure tied to closed deals and recurring revenues.

Partnership or equity options are negotiable for candidates who bring a strategic client portfolio or demonstrable market access.
