Position Description
The Installation Supervisor is responsible for following the progress for all projects and all the products, solving any issues with the projects coordinator. He will visit the projects sites, advise the installation team and coordinate with them in achieving installations in line with client specifications and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
• Pick up the site measurements and check all MEP connections (Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing) at the project’s sites.
• Compare the approved design and the actual site and summarize any conflicts or differences to inform the client before the production.
• Visit projects customers to facilitate initiation of work, to supervise installation, to check on quality post installation and to solve technical issues on site.
• Ensure that products are installed according to the approved design and specifications.
• Follow the progress at the projects sites and coordinate with the installation department to solve any issues or conflict will negatively effect on our performance and agreed time frame.
• Coordinate with the countertop supplier to pick up the kitchens marble dimensions.
• Coordinate with the electrical appliances supplier to start the progress after install the kitchens units.
• Finalize the handing-over process and approve all the required documents for that.
• Act as the liaison between installers, factory and designers for all issues.
Skills
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Good organizational ability.
• Leadership and strong interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies used in different types of installation.
• Ability to develop strong relationships at all levels along with a proven ability to work in a cross functional setup.

Requirements:
- valid Iqama
- English Language
