Urgent Job Opening: Maintenance Supervisor (Riyadh)

We are urgently seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily operations within a residential compound. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in hotel, residential, hospitality, or compound maintenance. Immediate availability is a must.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage a maintenance team.

Diagnose and resolve issues with appliances, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.

Handle maintenance requests promptly and professionally.

Coordinate repairs and maintain inventory of tools.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company standards.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in residential, hotel, hospitality, or compound maintenance (other backgrounds will be ignored).

Must have a valid driving license and be based in Riyadh.

Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Technical knowledge of maintenance systems.

Must be available immediately.
