We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Agent to manage and enhance our online sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, updating product listings, and ensuring smooth transactions across various e-commerce platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage product listings, descriptions, and pricing on e-commerce platforms.

Handle customer inquiries and provide timely support.

Process orders, returns, and refunds efficiently.

Coordinate with the warehouse and shipping teams for order fulfillment.

Monitor inventory levels and update stock availability.

Analyze sales data and suggest strategies to improve performance.

Stay updated on e-commerce trends and competitors’ strategies.


Requirements:
