#### **Job Description:**
We are looking for an experienced **Precast Structure Engineer** to join our team, focused on **construction management** for villa and residential projects in **Riyadh, Saudi Arabia**. This role is ideal for someone with 5-8 years of hands-on experience managing precast structures, ensuring quality control, coordinating on-site activities, and overseeing the installation of precast elements in construction projects.
#### **Key Responsibilities:**
- **Construction Supervision:**
- Oversee the entire process of precast concrete installation for villa and residential construction projects in Riyadh.
- Manage day-to-day construction activities on-site, ensuring that all precast components are installed according to the project schedule and specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure smooth installation and execution of precast elements (e.g., walls, slabs, columns).
- **Site Coordination & Scheduling:**
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate the delivery and installation of precast components to ensure timely and efficient project progression.
- Monitor the workflow to ensure there are no delays or disruptions and resolve any issues that may arise during construction.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure that precast materials are delivered on time and meet the required quality standards.
- **Quality Control & Inspection:**
- Conduct inspections of precast elements before, during, and after installation to ensure they meet project quality standards and specifications.
- Enforce quality control procedures on-site to guarantee the integrity of precast structures and ensure they align with the project’s design and safety standards.
- Address any deviations or defects and implement corrective measures to maintain project quality.
- **Team Leadership & Communication:**
- Lead and supervise the construction team, providing guidance, ensuring safety protocols are followed, and resolving any construction-related issues.
- Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, and other departments to communicate the status of precast installation and ensure alignment with overall project timelines.
- Report progress to senior management and provide regular updates on precast installation, challenges, and solutions.
- **Safety & Compliance:**
- Ensure that all construction activities on-site comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Promote a culture of safety, conducting regular safety audits and ensuring that workers are trained and equipped to handle precast elements safely.
- Monitor construction activities to ensure that the site is safe and that all personnel adhere to safety standards.
- **Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution:**
- Proactively identify potential issues related to precast installation and work to resolve them before they cause delays.
- Address on-site challenges such as equipment failure, supply chain issues, or coordination problems with contractors.
#### **Key Skills & Qualifications:**
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- **Experience:**
- 5-8 years of experience in construction project management, specifically with precast concrete structures in residential or villa projects.
- Proven experience managing the installation of precast elements (walls, slabs, columns, etc.) in large-scale construction projects.
- Familiarity with construction processes, project scheduling, and managing site logistics in a construction environment.
- **Skills:**
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian construction codes, safety regulations, and project management practices.
- Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently to avoid project delays.
- **Language:**
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).
- **Certifications (optional but preferred):**
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or similar project management certification is a plus.
- Membership in the Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) or a related body is advantageous.
