This is a full-time on-site role for a Procurement Officer located in Dammam.
The Procurement Officer will be responsible for all procurement processes.



Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related engineering field.
Minimum 5 years' experience in Purchasing in manufacturing industry.
Understanding of procurement processes and policies.
Knowledge of and rich experience with Procurement software tools (SAP) is a must.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Experience in a management, leadership, or supervisory role.
Effective interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills.
Strong time management.
Strong Negotiation skills.
