BMCO-FM is hiring for the position of Project Manager (FM Manager) with an electrical background for one of their logistics clients in Riyadh. Below is an outline of the role:

Position Overview:
The Project Manager (FM Manager) will be responsible for overseeing and managing all facility management services, including both hard and soft services, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The role also includes leading a team to deliver efficient and high-quality facility management services while maintaining safety compliance and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Facility Operations Management:

Oversee execution of all hard and soft facility management services, including MEP, HVAC, fire safety, cleaning, landscaping, waste management, and pest control.

Ensure that all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities are performed per agreed schedules.

Monitor service performance to ensure operational efficiency.

Implement digital tools and CMMS for service tracking, reporting, and optimization.

Team Leadership & Coordination:

Lead and manage a multidisciplinary FM team, including engineers, technicians, supervisors, and soft services personnel.

Conduct performance evaluations, provide training, and foster continuous improvement.

Coordinate with subcontractors to ensure adherence to quality standards and contractual obligations.

Compliance & Safety:

Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and training programs to maintain a safe work environment.

Ensure timely reporting and resolution of incidents and near misses.

Budget & Financial Management:

Manage the FM budget, ensuring cost optimization while maintaining service quality.

Identify cost-saving initiatives and energy efficiency improvements.

Oversee procurement, vendor contracts, and invoice approvals as per financial policies.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients and key stakeholders, ensuring expectations are met.

Provide regular updates, reports, and performance analysis to senior management and clients.

Service Delivery & Continuous Improvement:

Develop and implement FM service delivery strategies aligned with business objectives.

Drive innovation and process improvements in facility operations.

Stay updated on trends and advancements in facility management to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 5 years in facility management, with at least 5 years in a managerial role.

Knowledge: Strong knowledge of hard and soft services such as MEP, cleaning, waste management, pest control, and landscaping.

Skills:

Experience in managing SLAs, KPIs, and contract compliance.

Proficiency in CMMS and digital tools.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of HSE standards and risk management.

Financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

Certifications: Certified Facility Manager (CFM) or equivalent, NEBOSH/IOSH for safety management, PMP certification is a plus.

Job Info:
Salary Range total package : 10,000 - 13,000 SR (full-time)

Join Date: Immediate (within 1 week of selection)

Location: Riyadh

Duty Hours: 9hours, including 1-hour break, 6 days a week

Nationality: Open to all nationalities
