Description

URGENTLY REQUIRED FO RPROJECT BASIS, IT ENGINEERS.
Project Interface Sr. Engineer:
• Develop and implement an Interface Management Plan (IMP) to foster coordination among project teams.
• Document, identify, and track interface points between disciplines (engineering, IT, operations, vendors, subcontractors, etc.).
• Facilitate technical and operational alignment among stakeholders by establishing requirements, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to integrate work packages and technical systems.
• Identify and resolve anticipated interface issues
• Independently assess interface-related risks and propose contingency measures.
• Be the escalation point for interface issues and ensure efforts to resolve them between concerned parties.
• Verify that all interface specifications meet project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the primary interface between engineering, procurement, execution, and operations teams.
• Prepare and deliver interface reports and dashboards to senior management and customers.
• Prepare and maintain an Interface Register to track status, owners, and resolutions.
• Provide technical guidance and training to project teams in interface management best practices.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Academic: BSc in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, IT, or equivalent).
• Projects Experience: 8+ years of experience working on interfaces management of high-end engineering, IT, or digital transformation projects. Experience of dealing with large industrial, construction, or digitalization projects involving numerous contractors and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of project lifecycle stages, from design right up to commissioning.
• Exposure to digital integration project work (ERP, MOM, IT-OT convergence) as an added advantage.
