Urgently Looking for Purchasing Coordinator

• Sources, evaluates, and negotiates with suppliers to secure the best prices, quality, and delivery terms.
• Processes purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely approvals.
• Tracks orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintains accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier agreements.
• Communicates with internal departments to understand purchasing needs and priorities.
• Monitors inventory levels and coordinate replenishments as necessary.
• Resolves supplier issues related to pricing, delivery, or quality.
• Assists in budgeting and cost-control efforts for procurement activities.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Generates reports on purchasing activities and cost-saving initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
Any Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management.
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
Proficiency in purchasing software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines
