1. Maintenance Technician (Video Teleconference Equipment) – Minimum 3 years experience

Summary
1 - Support and maintain data processing and display, VTC and communication hardware viz installing, configuring, diagnosing, repairing, and upgrading all corporate hardware and equipment ensuring optimal performance
2 - Troubleshoot probles areas in a timely and accurate manner and provide end user training and assistance when required

Responsibilities:
1 - Troubleshooting, installation, repair, problem diagnosis, and implementation
2 - Assist in the processes, by which requests and inquiries related to hardware, LAN, WAN, host system communications are received, screeened, prioritized, and resolved
3 - Assistance, installations and general maintenance; logs calls and take appropriate action to ensure a satisfactory response with acceptable time frames for the user community; provides management and status reports on all requests
4 - Performs other related duties as per the superiors

Skills:
1 - Ability to diagnose and repair equipment; operate and have a sound technical understanding of a wide variety of personal computing equipment and software
2 - Follow manuals and read complicated instructions; understand and carry out oral and written instructions
3 - Communicate effectively in written and oral form
4 - Basic understanding of electrical safety procedure


Education/Experience
1 - Technical Diploma in computer hardware technology
2 - Experience minimum 3 years in hardware support capacity


Interview - Face to Face / online interview

Salary range : 7000 to 15000 SAR

Contract : 3 Years

Medical Class: B Category

Joining Date : within 7 Days (Sponsor Transferable) or immediately

Transferable Iqama holder only

Job Location : Riyadh, Dammam, Hafar Batin, Tabuk, Khamis

Gender - Male Only (Preferable - Filipino and excellent Asians National only)
