Salary package: 3500 SAR


Job Responsibilities:

✔ Site Measurements: Accurately take site measurements and prepare technical drawings.
✔ MEP Drawings: Develop detailed Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) drawings.
✔ 2D & 3D Designs: Create precise 2D/3D layouts for construction projects.
✔ 3D Visualization: Produce high-quality renders using:


AutoCAD (2D & 3D)

3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, D5 Render, Lumion, Revit
✔ Collaboration: Work closely with architectural and engineering teams to ensure design accuracy.


Requirements:

✅ Minimum 3 years of experience as an AutoCAD Designer.
✅ Strong knowledge of MEP drawings and construction standards.
✅ Expertise in 3D visualization & rendering software.
✅ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
✅ Detail-oriented with problem-solving skills.
