Job Description:

Prepare Costing, Manpower Rates, Eqpt Rates during Tender/ Bidding Stage
 Lead/ Overall Supervision of the Tender/Bidding Department
 Prepare and Attend Technical Presentation during Tender/ Bidding Stage
 Prepare Manpower and Equipment Tools
 Attend Jobex/Site Visit
 Commercial Negotiation
 Proficient in Interpretation of RFP/Bidding Documents,Project Contract Documents, Specification, Standards and Drawings
 Familiar & Knowledge in Technical Proposal
 Familiar & Knowledge in Planning, Procurement, Design, Construction Execution


Qualifications:

 College Degree in Engineering (with PRC license)
 Wide Experience in Costing, Variation & Comparison of Scope Quantity, Parameters, Manpower Rates, Eqpt Rates Preferable
 Experience in Landscaping(Hardscape,Softscap, Civil related, to MEP, stormwater & irrigation system) and Infrastructure

Experience:

 8-15 Years Abroad (Preferred KSA/ any)
